🚫শিপিং, রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি🚫

◑ অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার ২৪ ঘণ্টার ভেতর আমরা কুরিয়ারে বুকিং করার সর্বাত্মক চেষ্টা করে থাকি। ঢাকার বাহিরের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই অন্ততপক্ষে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে।

◑ কুরিয়ারে বুকিংয়ের সময় থেকে ডেলিভারি সফল হতে সাধারণত কমপক্ষে ঢাকার ভেতর সেম ডে বা ৪৮ ঘণ্টা এবং ঢাকার বাহিরের ক্ষেত্রে ৪৮-৭২ ঘণ্টা সময় লেগে থাকে। রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা বা দুর্যোগপূর্ণ আবহাওয়াসহ ইত্যাদি গোলযোগের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারিতে কখনো কখনো স্বাভাবিক সময় থেকে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে। যেকোনো অস্থিরতার জন্য ঢাকার ভিতরে ৫ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ১০ দিন পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

◑ পণ্য কুরিয়ারে বুকিং করার পরে বা হাতে পাওয়ার পরে ক্যানসেল করতে চাইলে, অবশ্যই গ্রাহককে ডেলিভারি চার্জ বহন করতে হবে। ডেলিভারি এজেন্টের কাছে অক্ষত পণ্য হস্তান্তর করতে হবে।

◑ পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পরে অবশ্যই আনবক্সিং ভিডিও করতে হবে। পরে কোনো ওজর-আপত্তি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

◑ গ্রাহকের অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের সাথে ডেলিভারি করা পণ্য না-মিললে বা ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্য পেলে, তা ২৪ ঘণ্টার ভেতর আমাদের অবগত করতে হবে। কোনো অবস্থাতে ‘চেঞ্জ অফ মাইন্ড’ তথা ‘মতের পরিবর্তন’ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

◑ কোনো অর্ডারে অগ্রিম ফুল পেমেন্টের পরে সে পণ্য স্টকে না-থাকলে, রিফান্ড করা হবে। তবে সেক্ষেত্রে যে পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছিল, সে পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড পেতে তাঁদের স্বাভাবিক সময়সীমা পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করতে হবে।কমপক্ষে ১০ দিন।

◑ প্রয়োজন অনুসারে এসব নিয়মকানুনে কর্তৃপক্ষ যেকোনো পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

🚫Shipping, Return and Refund Policy🚫

◑ We make every effort to book the courier within 24 hours of order confirmation. In case of outside Dhaka, at least the delivery charge must be paid in advance.

◑ It usually takes at least 24 hours within Dhaka and 48-72 hours outside Dhaka for successful delivery from the time of booking to the courier. In case of disruptions such as political unrest or inclement weather, delivery may sometimes take extra time than usual. For any Unsteady situation delivery can take up to 5 days for inside Dhaka delivery and up to 10 days for outside Dhaka delivery.

◑ In case of cancellation after booking or receiving the product by courier, the customer must bear the delivery charges. Undamaged goods should be handed over to the delivery agent.

◑ Unboxing video must be done after receiving the product. No later objections will be entertained.

◑ If the delivered product does not match the product ordered by the customer or if the product is defective, it must be notified to us within 24 hours. Change of mind is not acceptable under any circumstances.

◑ Refunds will be issued if the product is out of stock after full payment in advance on an order. But in that case, they have to wait till the normal time limit to get the refund through the payment gateway through which the payment was made. Refund may take at least 10 working days.

◑ The Authority reserves the right to make any changes in these rules as required.
